		Soviet Ssch 36 steel helmet, early type!  One of 2 M36 steel helmets from our collection. The history is: approx 10 year we found  in one old store a bunch of over 30 pieces M36 helmets, most of them were sold many years ago.  Only 2 best helmets from this bunch we kept for our collections. Now one is ready to change the owner from  Alex's collection. This is really unique chance to get the early M36 helmet in untouched, completed condition as it was found! So, the helmet is untouched as it was get stored in 1941 year and all the original dust and dirties inside and etc. are survived and still intact. We specially did not clean it!  The liner and the chinstrap are original to the helmet and never  been taken off from the helmet. Has ink stamps inside with  1936 year  (first year of issue!!) and  with size "3". Also branch number is stamped on the shell.   Approx. 90% of original factory paint on it!  Early type of the chinstrap, sewn in to the helmet's loops (not fastened with rivets as on the late models).   The front Red Star is early type, with fat star and without sickle and hammer.  Extremely hard to find in the condition like that. 		Ssch-36 steel helmet, early pre 1938 year issue. 1939-40 year Finnish Winter war used helmet, liner removed due worn with winter hat. Approx. 70-80% of original paint is still present, on some places the paint is gone due of hard use. Two liner's  springs inside the helmet are broken, but could be restored. Pre WW2 Soviet Russian experimental M36 steel helmet
		This is a extremely rare experimental Russian helmet.  Pre WW2 Soviet Russian experimental M36 steel helmet designed for heavy howitzer artillery, made by Izhora factory "Izhorskiy zavod" in Leningrad, the factory name is "Izd 187/35". The helmets were produced, then approved by Russian army, and were not accepted. After that all helmets came back to the factory stock. In the Finnish winter war 1939-40.y, they came to the army again and were used in 4-th division of 168 high-power artillery regiment(4 division 168 artilleriyskogo polka bolshoi moshnosti) which was equipped with 203-mm howitzers. Some of this helmets were found in the factory Nr 185 - "Kirov's factory" (Russia),  on the stock nr 3.,  a couple of year ago.   A very, very rare item for only serious collectors! pic2  pic3  pic4  pic5  pic6  pic7  pic8  pic9 Price   SOLD
