A bronze grade Close Combat Clasp, first type, produced by Josef Feix (JFS). One of the earliest clasps made by this manufacturer, with the maker’s mark on the reverse side on the left, and the designer’s mark FEC. W. E. Peekhaus, Berlin on the right. The clasp is in Mint condition, with the bronze finish fully preserved.
