3rd Reich Coastal Artillery of Kriegsmarine. WW2 or pre war aluminum buckle. The buckle is a Richard Seiper und Sohne made buckle. Properly marked R.S&S. No damage. It's well worn and practically all of it’s gold finish is gone. Found together with a previous buckle in the are where in the WW2 period stationed German military hospital
