Terms and conditions of participation in Espenlaub Militaria Giveaway

By participating in free Giveaway Participant agrees with the Terms and conditions described below

Prize Pool

Total prize pool: 500 Euro

Prizes: 10 coupons of 50 Euro each which can be utilized at the Store.

Terminology:

Organizer: Espenlaub Militraia

Terms and conditions: are the rules of participation in the Giveaway described below.

Giveaway: giveaway of prizes on FB under the management of the Organizer in accordance with the Terms and conditions.

Participants: Anyone participating in the Giveaway

FB: Facebook social network

FBP: Fan page located at www.facebook.com/espenlaubmilitaria

Giveaway period: 13.03.2017 - 16.03.2017
 

1. Giveaway participation:
 

1.1 Giveaway participation is free of charge.

1.2 Any FB user who had subscribed to the Organizer’s page during or before the Giveaway is eligible to participate.

1.3 If the user is not yet subscribed to the news of the Organizer, he can take part in the Giveaway by subscribing to the Organizer’s page via the Subscription link.

2. Winner selection

2.1 Winners are selected by the Organizer at random from the list of subscribers at the end of the Giveaway period. Organizer will use the third-party service www.random.org to ensure fair and equitable process of distribution of the Prizes.

3. Prizes delivery

3.2 Prizes will be delivered in the form of a coupon code via e-mail which was used by a Participant to subscribe. The coupon can be used by purchasing goods at the Store on the total amount no less than 200 EUR. Coupons cannot be used to purchase goods with discounts. Coupon cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize. Coupons are valid until 30/05/2017.

4. Final clauses

4.1 FB is not in any way related to the Organizer and the Giveaway.

4.2 In case of dispute related to the Giveaway, Organizer holds the right of final indisputable decision.
