Soviet Communists party VKP(b) membership ID book, extremely rare item!!

Soviet Communists party membership ID book, extremely rare item, due the owner/or family members need to return it, or change to another one, when the ID goes out of date or owners death. It was a most valuable item for the owner. This one is a survived, and we first time seen the war time issued card. It was found hidden in the wall in the old house in Tallinn (Estonia, ex-Soviet Republic), may be the owner hided it in the period of German occupation. Issued in Leningrad in 1939. Has member fee stamps made by Leningrad party branch and later stamped by Tallinn (Estonia) communist party branch. Last markings were made in 1941!! Extremely rare item!
