Pre-war 6x30 RKKA binoculars, 1932 year, with original case. Interestingly, the serial number is removed, most probably this example was stolen during the war or after and the new owner afraid to be caught. The case looks like a real hard used combat example. " У.П.В" marked, which means - Управление войсковых приборов - translated as Military devices department.
