Extremely rare MK I US helmet, Red Army re-issue. This helmet most probably was taken as a trophy by Red Guard in the Far East, because some of the military depots belonged to the Russian White army were supplied with uniforms and fieldgear sent as a military help by ANTANTA agreement. USA was a part of ANTANTA and some helmets arrived Vladivostok. The helmet has Soviet markings on the helmet pointed to the 1924 year re-issue, and marked as SMALL REPAIR. Seems the helmet was navy re-issued. Underneath of the navy gray paint is clearly visible US frontal units insignia. Its extremely rare US/Soviet re-issue helmet. d to sell this nice historically interesting helmet.
