The badge is known as the "Broken Stem" IAB, The reason for the name "Broken Stem" comes from the flawed vein on the left-hand oak leaf. Very good condition, practically unworn, highly detailed, slightly curved to the center. Unmarked as all the Rettenmaier factory made badges.
