3rd Reich Heeres Dolch by Anton Wingen Jr. Type 2. Wingen's crossguard, pommel with 14 leaves, 1 flat backside screw scabbard, orange grip type C, production period 1938-1942 year. Some very minor oxidation between the zinc and nickel coating on the crossguard, minor patina on the steel scabbard. Hanger with yellow brass fittings is worn. The portepee is still nice, however in worn condition. Excellent blade with minor scabbard running traces and etched logo with letters. A.W. Jr Solingen
