WW1 Imperial Russia Gas Mask of the Central Military-Industrial Committee, Zelinsky model. An attic find that was reused after the war by a local farmer for household purposes, most likely for filtering homemade alcohol or similar practical tasks. The rubber facepiece has been removed, one cover is missing, and the canister shows dents. Despite this, both original paper labels have survived, a feature encountered only rarely. An exceptionally rare historical artifact.
