Deutsche Jugend Untersteiermark/Oberkrain badge, pre-Anschluss
Badge of the fascist youth organization Deutsche Jugend, used in the regions of Untersteiermark (Lower Styria) and Oberkrain (Upper Carniola) before Austria’s annexation by the Third Reich. Shield with green and yellow enamel, a diamond with black swastika at the center. Represented the Austrian section of the organization, which was later incorporated into the Hitlerjugend after the Anschluss. Good collectible condition.
