Deutsches Reichssportabzeichen DRL für Versehrte Wernstein Jena- "D.R.G.M. 35269". The badge is in extra fine condition ( nearly unworn), made of silvered brass with a gilded wreath.

The award was established by the Reichssportführer on November 18, 1942. § 7 (der Anordnung des Reichssportführers vom 18. November 1942 "Das Reichssportabzeichen und Versehrtensportabzeichen" in § 7) specifies the following standards for recipients:
1. War invalids who, despite a significant and persistent deterioration in physical abilities, can demonstrate five different types of physical exercises that exceed the average level of capabilities of people with a similar disability, are awarded a silver badge with a golden wreath (sports badge for disabled)
​2. Applicants are divided into groups A, for which the exercises are standardized. Group B, which they are determined in each specific case of disability
