ET 62 double decal Luftwaffe early steel helmet with early “drop tail” or “snake leg” type eagle. The helmet is in good worn condition. The liner doesn't belong to this helmet, but is correctly matched to the helmet by condition and ink markings on the leather part. It's originally a Luftwaffe issue liner, because it's marked: "Flieger Gruppe Aibling, 1938 year". The liner size is 55 and the aluminum ring is also 1938 year dated. The chinstrap is marked by maker Franz Brehme, Walsrode, 1938 year and is a also Luftwaffe issue - it's marked by Luftwaffe unit: "I Ln.Nachr. Rgt 11", well worn leather parts, but still are very soft and pliable. The rivets used on the helmet are also originally Luftwaffe early type rivets. So, all the parts correspond the condition of the helmet by wear and all of the them are Luftwaffe issued. These are very accurate and professionally added parts and it will be hard to say that they are not original to the helmet.
