Fire Police Dress Dagger by WKC Solingen

Product Code: c/rk02
Price: 135.00€

Description

Original Fire Police Dress Dagger of the Third Reich manufactured by WKC – Weyersberg, Kirschbaum & Cie., Solingen, one of Germany's best-known edged weapon makers. In overall appearance, the dagger closely resembles the KS98 dress bayonet but differs by lacking the rifle attachment lug and mortise slot, while featuring the distinctive symmetrical double crossguard characteristic of this model.

The blade retains the original WKC maker's trademark and remains in good condition. The spine shows minor traces of an old alteration, while the zinc hilt displays localized loss of its original nickel finish from honest period use. Despite these signs of service, the dagger remains an attractive and well-preserved collector's example with authentic wartime character.

NB! This is a consignment item. Consignment items are subject to a 14-day inspection period starting from the date of receipt. After this period, all sales are final, and returns will no longer be accepted. Returns of consignment items are not accepted after the inspection period, as the majority of the payment is transferred to the consignor.
