German M 1917 Gas mask with canister. Filter marked B 1. Febr .18 11-C-11 Geprüft. Leather mask has handwritten owner's label Görg. The mask is in excellent, worn condition. Filter has some rust damage, due the charcoal inside become wet. Canister has some minor surface rusting and original shoulder strap was period replaced. The top of closure has some remains of inscription. What is important, the Klarscheiben from the first war time.
