Voroshilov Horseman award booklet, 1939
Personal award booklet for the badge Voroshilov Horseman, issued under badge number 39014 to Iosif Vseleverstovich Anisimov, membership number 21072.
Issued by the Physical Culture and Sports Committee of the Kirov District Council of Osoaviakhim, Ussuriysk Region.
Contains an entry: “For active and excellent training of Voroshilov horsemen under the Kirov District Department of the NKVD.”
By decision of the Kirov District Council of Osoaviakhim, Comrade Anisimov was awarded the Voroshilov Horseman badge and granted the title of Instructor of Voroshilov Horsemen, dated March 9, 1939, signed by Rudsky, Chairman of the District Council.
An additional note states that Anisimov trained 12 Voroshilov horsemen at the NKVD district office and received a certificate from the chairman of the Osoaviakhim district council.
The booklet also includes a certificate for the GTO badge, issued by the Far Eastern Proletarian Sports Society "Dynamo", confirming Anisimov’s completion of the GTO standards.
Badge number 103135, dated October 8, 1936, sealed by the Ussuriysk Proletarian Sports Society.
