Heer Flak badge. Flakkampfabzeichen by Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid. Zinc with typical S&L setup. The silver wash finish has completely faded, due to diffusion between zinc with other metals, leaving just the Brennlack. It is very common for these S&L FLak badges and almost always comes in an entirely "dark look". Practically unissued badge in very nice condition. Textbook S&L badge
