Extremely rare Estonian Model 1926 helmet manufactured by Neumann & Co., Pärnu 10–13, Tallinn (tel. 412-48). The same data appear in an ink stamp applied to the liner. Painted in glossy grey paint mixed with aluminum powder. The design was based on the French Adrian helmet but simplified — consisting of two riveted sections with an embossed central ridge. The liner is made of canvas with a flannel anti-sweat pad at the front. Signed by the owner, B. Leetmaa. One chinstrap with buckle is missing, though this does not detract from the overall appearance. Minor darkening and small paint losses are consistent with age. An exceptionally rare helmet, known only from a few surviving examples in museum and private collections due to its limited production and low survival rate.
NB! This is a consignment item. Consignment items are subject to a 14-day inspection period starting from the date of receipt. After this period, all sales are final, and returns will no longer be accepted. Returns of consignment items are not accepted after the inspection period, as the majority of the payment is transferred to the consignor.
