MG34/MG42 Machine Gun Belt DWC 5/41
Original steel ammunition belt for the MG34 and MG42 machine guns, marked DWC 5/41 on the belt tab. The DWC manufacturer's code belongs to the German wartime ordnance coding system, although the corresponding manufacturer has not yet been positively identified. The 5/41 date indicates manufacture in May 1941, placing production shortly before the launch of Operation Barbarossa. The belt also bears an original Waffenamt acceptance stamp, confirming German military inspection and acceptance. It retains its original blued finish throughout, free from corrosion, damage, or deformation. Outstanding collector condition.
