On the lining there is a stamp "Production department of the NKVT USSR MosVoentorg, Moscow, Chistoprudny Boulevard" a typical pre-war stamp of Moscow Voentorg. Tsentrvoentorg was created under the People's Commissariat of Internal Trade of the USSR in 1935. The lining, sweatband and leather chin strap construction are typical for caps for this production. Traces of use and several repairs, size 59-60
