KVK II, 1939 2nd Class cross with swords. "45" Franz Jungwirth, Wien. A very infrequent manufacturer of Second Class War Merit Crosses. The zinc version of the cross is almost twice common than a bronze example. Nearly perfect condition. Marking "45" on the ring. The ring is slightly elongated, most likely due to using on the medal bar.
