MAKE COMBAT EXPERIENCE THE PROPERTY OF EVERY SUBMARINER

Numerous combat operations by our submarines against the Nazi invaders have provided valuable experience that must be summarized and disseminated among all crews.

The enemy is improving its tactics to counter our attacks. To stay one step ahead, our submariners must use the latest combat methods, applying unexpected maneuvers and tactical techniques.

Combat examples have shown that initiative, unconventional tactics, and decisiveness of the commander are key factors in successful mission completion.

We urge every submariner to study and apply this valuable experience to achieve even greater combat effectiveness in future battles.

MEETING OF THE KOMSOMOL ACTIVISTS

A meeting of the Komsomol activists of the Red Banner Baltic Fleet was recently held. During the meeting, issues of combat training, political work among personnel, and further strengthening of morale were discussed.

A decision was made to organize additional training sessions on military technology and tactics.

At the conclusion of the meeting, concrete measures were adopted to enhance the combat readiness of all units.

PARTY BUREAU IN POSITION

The submarine crew is always led by the party. A discussion is taking place in the ship’s mess – the party bureau gathers its members.

The first on the registration card is the seasoned sailor, Senior Sergeant of the VKP(b) Grishchenko. The party bureau discusses his candidacy and unanimously accepts him into the party.

The task of the party bureau is to strengthen discipline, conduct political work, and harden the spirit of sailors.

The submarine commander, party bureau member Berezhnoy, says:

"We will win because we know what we are fighting for!"

OUR DECORATED HEROES: WARRANT OFFICER SIDOROV

The combat merits of Warrant Officer Sidorov have been recognized with an award. He participated in several successful operations, displaying courage and dedication.

"We must fight for the Motherland without sparing our strength!" – says Sidorov.

His feat inspires the entire crew to new achievements in the name of victory.

FULFILLING THE ORDER…

A group of mechanics demonstrated an example of strong teamwork during their mission.

The submarine returns after completing its combat assignment.

"Executing the maneuver!" – commands the captain.

The submarine surfaces. Timing is down to seconds. All actions are synchronized.

When the battle was over, the mechanics checked the engines – everything was in perfect condition.

"We are confident in our strength!" – say the sailors.
