NSDAP badge M1/42 RZM - Kerbach & Israel-Dresden
NSDAP badge M1/42 RZM - Kerbach & Israel-Dresden. Zinc. This badge is the only one known to us made of zinc in a later war period, with this type of fastening and this type of stamp. The factory stopped producing badges in the pre-war period, as the RZM license was revoked due to the Jewish origin of the owners. The badges of the late war are known, but in a different stamp and a loop type. Perhaps a certain edition was made after the company changed the owners (Kerbach & Oesterhelt), but we have not yet seen another similar example. The badge has no traces of use and any wear, there is only a slight darkening on the reverse. The badge is covered with transparent shellac-based enamel.
