Personal ID dick of a prisoner of war in Front-Stalag 142. It is noteworthy that the camp existed until May 1941, only 11 months. Most of the prisoners of war were dismissed to their homes, to various civilian jobs, and were also recruited to the Wehrmacht units. Same tags from this Stalag were repeatedly found during archaeology in German positions on the territory of the former Soviet Union, most likely some soldiers of the Wehrmacht of French origin preserved them as a memory, but being in service in the German army. Very rare tags, given that this camp contained a very small number of prisoners of war
