   Shoulder board of an infantry colonel, bandmaster of a military orchestra, model 1943. Made of yellow silk braid with crimson stripes and piping. Fitted with three silver-colored metal stars and a lyre insignia. The piping shows moth damage.    

Field shoulder strap of the 1943 pattern for a Sergeant of the Signal Troops. Made of khaki wool cloth with black edging. It features three transverse crimson stripes denoting the rank of Sergeant. At the bottom is the Signal Troops emblem – wings with crossed lightning bolts and a red star in the center. Shows moth damage, otherwise well preserved.
