USSR Ready for Labor and Defense GTO Badge, 1st level, Mondvor 1940 issue. The badge is made in Nickel-plated steel and hot-baked enamels measure 35 x 27.5 mm. The enamel and overall workmanship are of very high quality, typical of Soviet mint production. The badge is in fine condition, heavily and nicely vaulted, and free of the usual flaking or rubbing.
