WW2 Wehrmacht Heer Gebirgsjager / mountain troops NCO's tunic. Private purchased, lightweight, tailored from a Windjacke jacket. On the inside part of the tunic there are official depot acceptance and the manufacturer's company markings in the place where it should be on a Windjacke. The tunic is in salty condition with traces of strong frontline life, but without damage. On the left sleeve there is a trace from the Gefreiter Winkel and most likely it has been applied on the Windjacke first, before it was re-tailored to the tunic. On the left breast pocket there are loops for two awards, as well as a trace of 2 award ribbons in the second button loop. There are some traces of blood on the backside on the top of the tunic. The tunic is in excellent condition with traces of trench life. Size approx 48-50, with bust 92 cm.
