1938 dated SSch-36 Soviet helmet. Salty helmet in combat worn condition, the comb is battle damaged. One part of the chinstrap is period replaced by an owner and seems that he used it hard after. The helmet is in condition as found and nothing is cleaned or replaced on it. The liner is untouched and good completed condition. Second type star with the hammer and sickle. The helmet has original factory paint. The paint on the helmet has a lot of scratches due of use. But it's still a very nice combat veteran with much character on it. Size 3, faintly marked POCT-3, which is 58-59 in size. Do not miss!
