Feldmütze 43 for Wehrmacht officer. Near to mint condition, virtually no traces of wear. The lining is marked size 58 and also has a tag sewn on with the owner's name: Seidenstücker. This cap was made at the end of the war and has two parts on the side that are made of a different material. The color is the same, but if you look closely, you might notice this difference. This phenomenon is quite common for late war samples, but most often it is shown only in documentary sources; such details cannot often be seen in person, which naturally adds historical interest to this cap. The trap and buttons are wartime applied.
