First Estonian Republic steel helmet cockade. Cooper made with much solid fastening brackets. Normally the cap cockades have same shape but brass made and gold plated, the wreath itself is more solid. The helmet's type cockades are more thin to fit helmet and normally they have been painted over. Same cockades were used by Estonian national units on different headgear in Wehrmacht and Polizei at the very beginning of the war in Russia.
