Combat badge awarded for participation in armored assaults — Panzerkampfabzeichen in Bronze, manufactured by C. E. Juncker, Berlin. Made of zinc with distinctive Junker detailing, including the sharply defined eagle with outstretched wings and well-executed tank tread. This is a later-war zinc variant with characteristic dulling of finish. The reverse features a vertical pin with a wide soldered hinge — a wartime repair carried out with care, maintaining full functionality. Signs of active field use are evident: edge wear, softened relief, and surface dulling consistent with combat wear.
