These straps were in use till the end of 1935 and in February of 1936, they were canceled for use by order. The yellow color is for Oberbann- 2. The embroidered number "86" is for 86 Bann in Flensburg-Südtondern, N-N Nordmark, and "II" is for Unterbann 2. Cotton made shoulder strap in perfect condition.
