SS-Stabsscharführer sleeve winkel. Has been worn in SS-VT, SS-TV and A-SS on the right sleeve, 5 cm upper the french cuff, and lover than Alterkampfer Ehrenwinkel. That rank was not an actual SS rank, but a title held by the senior NCO of a unit. The Stabsscharführer was usually ranked from SS-Oberscharführer and above and known in Wehrmacht Heer as a "Der Spiess". After 1940 year when the all SS id reformed to Waffen SS, this winkel has been dismissed and changed to the Wehrmacht standards- just 2 stripes in each of cuffs. Rarely seen type of SS insignia. Actually it;s a bigger than any of Waffen SS and Panzer rank chevrons and has other, more pointed angle
