G.A.R 111 lieutenant tunic. Gebirgs Artillerie Regiment 111 salty lightweight officer's tunic, Windbluse retailored example in heavily combat worn condition. Traces from awards directly through the pocket. All insignia is matched to the tunic by condition and original to it. The sleeve edelweiss stitching on the lower part of the patch is lost due of wear or age and can be seen un-faded cloth under it. Size approximately 50-52. Historical note: parts of 111 regiment fought at the Wolchow front, as well as near Staraja Russa and Demjansk. This unit took part in Ostfront battles from the North to the South of USSR.
