List of points what is strictly prohibited due to fire hazard. Issued by commander of Luftgau XII/XIII.
To be attached on the inside of the door of each barracks accommodation room.

Size is about 29 x 21 cm.

issued on December 9, 1941, in Nuremberg by the Commanding General and Commander of Luftgau XII/XIII, signed by Hellingbrunner.

Main prohibitions:

  1. Smoking in bed. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas with a sufficient number of ashtrays.
  2. Careless disposal of cigarette butts and matches, as well as handling flammable liquids (gasoline, kerosene, alcohol).
  3. Unauthorized replacement or bypassing of fuses.
  4. Use of spirit stoves and electric heating devices (immersion heaters, irons) in living quarters without special permission.
  5. Drying laundry less than 1 meter from stoves and cleaning clothes with gasoline inside the barracks.
  6. Leaving burning stoves unattended.
  7. Heating rooms above 20°C (radiant heat may ignite wooden walls).

Violations of these regulations will be strictly punished. Any malfunctions in lighting or heating must be reported to the administration immediately.
