Leaflet: second hand wear collecting. Deine Spende zur Spinnstoff- und Schuhsammlung. 23. May bis 12. June 1943
to the textile and shoe collection
May 23 – June 12, 1943
This campaign is aimed at collecting unused raw materials for the total war effort. Large quantities of clothing are needed for our soldiers at the front and for the millions of workers in the war industry at home. Every household still has fabrics and footwear of all kinds that are listed separately.
Total war demands the absolute use of these unused materials as raw materials. Therefore, every housewife must immediately sort out all surplus textiles and footwear and, regardless of their condition (whether torn or worn out), hand them in at the nearest collection point.
Nearest Collection Point:
Street: ___________________
Open: from __ to __ hours
Group: ___________________
Those who cannot deliver their donation in person at the specified times may give it to a neighbor or send a package with an address label to the block leader, who will issue a receipt confirming participation in the collection. It is also possible to request pickup from the nearest collection station.
