M40 Waffen SS side hat by G Teufel. Tuttlingen. Very nice example in perfect condition, well marked by "Georg Teufel. Tuttlingen", 56 - size and "3 43" is for March of 1943.  All insignia is original to the hat. Interestingly, the SS eagle attached in just 4 points - at the ends of the wings, the eagle's head top and bottom of the wreath with swastika. No holes or moth damage, just some light traces of wear.
