Wehrmacht Officers visor hat, 1 or 2 squad of cavalry regiment 5, with the traditional Prussian skull used as a cockade. All insignia is made of aluminum and the wreath is aluminum bullion embroidery. The cap has traces of several light moth bites and small holes. A label with a head size 56 inserted into the celluloid trapezoid, the brand logo "Erel Sonderklasse" in the center of the trapezoid, marked with aluminum paint was fall, only a trace remained. The leather sweatband with the Erel Patent Stirnschutz marking has a backed newspaper underneath to reduce the size of the headgear. The band made of dark green felt also has moth traces and holes. The eagle, the cockade and the skull are original to the visor hat.
