Voice of the Patriot. Prisoner of war Lieutenant Colonel of the Red Army Simonenko P.S. November 29, 1942. After being in captivity for about 2 months, I was finally convinced that the German Empire and its army were truly the bearers of progress, culture, civilization, organization and order. Germany rightfully belongs to the role of the organizer of the new Europe, which the Bolshevik-Soviet regime represents, I know very well and therefore I am its implacable enemy. I wish to fight in the ranks of the army with arms in hand against the Bolshevik-Jewish regime of lies, slavery, violence and ignorance, as well as against the Anglo-American Jewish rule. I wish to serve in the army on the side of the German armed forces because I realize the urgent need to destroy the Soviet-Jewish regime, because I am sure that My Motherland, My people will live incomparably better, breathe more freely after the destruction of Soviet power. I want to go to the fight against the Bolsheviks not in secret, but openly, loudly declaring this so that it becomes known to the Soviet command. I am ready to make my statement in the fight against Bolshevism, speak on the radio or write leaflets. I know that for this my wife and son, who are in ......, will be severely punished. I consciously make these sacrifices, let the gratitude for this be the sigh and relief of my people, delivered from the nightmare of the Bolsheviks.
