Finnish cross of a participant in combat operations in the Arctic. Awarded to military personnel of the Finnish army and German SS Nord units and Heer Gebirgsjager units who fought in Lapland and the Murmansk region. The cross features the Finnish lion and the national flags of Finland and the 3rd Reich. At the bottom along the circumference is the inscription "POHJOISRINTAMA-DIE NORDFRONT" / Northern Front. Above the flags are the dates: 1941—1943. On the rays of the swastika- the names of the territories where the fighting took place Ukhtua, Kestinga, Salla, Pechenga. Traces of use, but in general looks good.
