Rotes Kreuz Hever Dress dagger for Enlisted Personnel of the German Red Cross (DRK)
A rare edged weapon issued to enlisted ranks of the Deutsches Rotes Kreuz (German Red Cross) during the Third Reich era. Overall in excellent condition. The blade is in mint condition with sharp lines and a polished surface, showing only minor dark spots.
There are two small areas of oxidation on the crossguard and the upper part of the grip. The scabbard shows some wear to the lacquered finish due to use. Comes complete with the original leather frog, fully authentic. Metal parts display only light traces of old oxidation that do not detract from the visual appeal.
An outstanding example of a DRK enlisted dagger/Hewer, especially notable for its completeness and condition close to mint.
