Pair of Waffen-SS 1942 pattern shoulder boards for the Schutzregimenter of the 4. SS-Polizei-Panzergrenadier-Division. Made of black wool with grass-green (Wiesengrün) piping, the branch color designated for police units. The color remains vivid and unfaded. Condition is mint – absolutely no signs of wear.

These shoulder boards come from a hoard find discovered a few years ago in the attic of a former tailor’s shop in Germany, and some time later appeared on the market through various dealers.
